Free Shipping
All UK orders qualify for free shipping, and we aim to deliver your products as efficiently as possible.
Processing & Handling Times
- Order Processing Time: 2-3 business days.
- Handling Time: Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 business day after processing.
- Cutoff Time for Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 2 PM UK time will be dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following business day.
Shipping Services & Delivery Times
- UK Free Shipping:
Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 – Delivery within 1-2 working days, including Saturdays. - European Union (EU) & Far East Orders:
DPD – Delivery within 2-4 working days for EU and 3-7 working days for Far East destinations. - Worldwide Orders:
UPS/Parcel Force – Delivery within 3-7 working days, depending on the country.
Call & Collect (By Appointment Only)
UK customers can use our Call & Collect service by appointment only. To arrange, please email info@shopdermalfiller.shop. Photo ID (Passport or Driver’s License) and the Order ID will be required at the time of collection.
Tracking & Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and text message with your tracking number. This information will typically be provided by the afternoon once your parcel has been packed and processed.
Import Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. We recommend that you check your country’s import regulations before placing your order.
Wholesale Orders
For wholesale inquiries, please contact info@shopdermalfiller.shop. Wholesale orders do not qualify for free delivery, and customers are encouraged to arrange their own collection.
Missing Items, Incomplete Orders & Lost Parcels
- Incomplete Orders: If your order is incomplete, please contact us at info@shopdermalfiller.shop within 5 working days.
- Lost Parcels: If your parcel has not arrived, please contact us within 14 days of dispatch. We will investigate with the courier, which may take 6-8 working days. If the parcel is confirmed as lost, we will offer a refund or replacement.
Cold Chain Deliveries
We do not accept returns on cold chain items unless they are faulty upon delivery. No refunds or reshipments will be provided if delivery fails due to collection issues.
Pre-Orders
If your order contains pre-order items, any available stock will be shipped first. Pre-order items will be shipped separately once available. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for orders containing pre-orders.
