Refund and Returns Policy

At Shop Dermal Fillers, we want you to feel 100% confident in using our services. That’s why we offer a 30-day returns policy. Here’s how it works:

How to Initiate a Return

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any valid reason, please contact our customer service department as soon as you receive your goods. You may reach us by phone or by email at info@shopdermalfiller.shop. No refund will be honored if the product(s) has been opened, used, or damaged (including damage incurred during transit) unless the product is faulty. Returns can only be honored if the product(s) is returned intact.

Conditions for Returns

  • Opened, Used, or Damaged Products: No refunds will be processed if the products have been opened, used, or damaged unless the product is faulty.
  • Refused Deliveries: If you refuse delivery of your order from the local postal office, courier, border control, or customs, no refund will be issued as a result of the goods being returned to us.

Voucher Codes

  • Any voucher code issued by a Shop Dermal Fillers representative will be active for 6 months only. After this period, it will become non-redeemable. Voucher codes and expiry dates will be emailed to you, so please be mindful of the deadline. This policy is non-negotiable.

Important Return Process Details

  • Customer Returns Form: Before returning any product, you must contact us and request a “Customer Returns Form.” No refund will be issued without proper authorization from our customer service representatives. No returns will be accepted after 5 days of delivery.
  • Refund Timeframe: Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account after we’ve processed it. Contact us only if you haven’t received the refund after this period.
  • Custom Fees: You are liable for any customs fees and charges incurred when returning products.

Refund Upon Return

Refunds will only be processed once the goods are safely returned to our warehouse. Once we have received the returned goods, your refund will be issued within 48 hours. We cannot process refunds for delayed orders that are still in transit.

Returned Parcels (EU & International)

If parcels are denied entry by customs or returned to us, the customer will be charged both the original delivery fee and a return fee. These fees will be deducted from your refund once the goods arrive back at our warehouse. The fee amount may vary.

Special Policies

  • Short-Dated Stock: Any short-dated stock purchased from our “special offers” section is non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the item is faulty.
  • No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to request a refund or voucher code and place a new order.

Cold Chain Items

We do not accept returns on any cold chain items unless they are faulty upon delivery.

You have 30 days to contact us from the date your parcel is shipped (including weekends), not from the date it is delivered, to initiate a refund or return.
